Ingredients:

Sugar

Milk

Saffron

Custard Powder

Almonds

Pistachios

Cardomom

Preparation Method:

  1. Soak almonds overnight and remove it cover
  2. put almonds and 2 spoons milk in grinder and grind
  3. Keep the paste aside in a bowl
  4. take a little milk in bowl of normal temp and add custard powder in it
  5. take some milk 1/2 litre or 1 litre and boil
  6. boil at low flame first and add saffron for color (its optional)
  7. boil till a boil comes
  8. add custard milk slowly and add cardomom 1 or 2
  9. add almonds and pistachios(break them)
  10. add sugar
  11. mix it nicely
  12. now it ready, see the consistency
  13. it shouldn’t be more thick or thin
  14. add almonds and pistachios for garnishing
  15. Badam/Almond Milkshake is Ready
  16. Serve it

Veg. Manchurian Gravy Recipe

Ingredients:

Onions

capscicum

carrot

spring onions

Cabbage

black pepper

soya sauce

salt

red chilli sauce

coriander leaves

ginger

garlic

green chillies

cornflour

whole flour(maida)

Onions

tomato ketchup

For Make Manchurian Balls:

  1. Grate cabbage and Carrot and add salt
  2. mix it and remove water by squeezing after 5 min.
  3. Transfer spring onions, cabbage, capsicum, coriander leaves, carrot, onions in a bowl
  4. add ginger, garlic, green chillies paste
  5. add soya sauce
  6. red chilli sauce
  7. add Black pepper
  8. mix it nicely
  9. add 2 spoon cornflour
  10. 1 spoon maida(whole flour) for binding
  11. mix them and make balls

Frying Balls:

Put balls one by one in hot oil

and do it for 2 times to get crisp

1st time on med. flame and light brown and second is final fry

Preparation Method:

  1. add garlic and ginger chopped in hot oil
  2. add onions and capsicum (as shown in Video)
  3. add spring onions
  4. add salt
  5. Black pepper
  6. mix it
  7. add coriander leaves
  8. add soya sauce
  9. red chilli sauce
  10. Ketchup(tomato sauce)
  11. water
  12. take 1 spoon cornflour and add some water in a bowl
  13. mix that in gravy
  14. it will get thick and put balls
  15. Manchurians are ready.. and serve it

Oats

Gramflour

Semolina

Onions

Black pepper

Cumin powder

Turmeric Powder

Red chilli powder

Chaat Masala

Ajwain

Salt (Black salt or Normal)

Capsicum Oil

Preparation Method:

  1. Take Oats in a container and add water and give rest for 5-10 min.
  2. open and add Semolina and Gramflour
  3. Mix them and for consistancy add water
  4. add spices
  5. Salt, turmeric powder
  6. Cumin Powder
  7. Black Salt
  8. Black Pepper
  9. Chaat Masala(Optional)
  10. Ajwain
  11. mix them all’
  12. Coriander Leaves
  13. Mix them Gently
  14. Now take a Pan, Add oil on Hot Pan
  15. add batter and spread

Cumin seeds

curry leaves

Green chillies

Onions

Preparation Method

  1. Boil Cauliflower for 1 time

2.and cut those black color spots if cauliflower have those,

3. let the cauliflower cool and apply cooking oil on it,

4. i applied mustard oil

5. now, on the flame and put cauliflower on that, as shown in Video

6. once it is cool, grate it

7. and whatever black you see, just cut it out

8. grate it

9. Take a pan(kadhai)

10. add oil,

11. add cumin seeds

12. curry leaves, green chillies chopped

13. onions chopped, add ginger garlic paste

14. mix it properly

15. add tomatoes

16. add salt

17. coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala

18. add a little water to let cook spices

19. mix it properly

20. add potatoes and capsicum (boiled) (optional)

21. add garam masala and kasuri methi to taste

22. mix nicely

23. add grated cauliflower

24. let it cook at low flame for sometime

25. its ready now, add coriander leaves.

  1. Put spinach in boil water
  2. after a boil, put spinach in iced water
  3. then grind it by adding ginger, garlic, green chillies
  4. add oil in kadhai, add bay leaf
  5. add cumin seeds, then onions
  6. when onions turn into pinkish, add spinach(grinded) and ghee 1 spoon to get creamy
  7. then add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder
  8. mix it nicely
  9. add rice and mix
  10. then add water
  11. when 1st boil comes, cover it and put on low flame
  12. and check for 2-3 times if rice is cooked

Lauki/Bottle gourd = 2 cup grated

Cumin seed/Jeera = 1tsp

Green chilli = 1 chopped

Coriander leaves = 1/4 cup chopped

Salt = 1.5tsp or to taste

Red chilli powder

Turmeric powder = 1/2 tsp

Dry mango powder = 1/2 tsp

ajwain

Onions chopped

Ghee for roasting

Preparation Method:

  1. Grate the bottlegourd(lauki) and remove all water
  2. take wheat flour,
  3. add chopped onions, green chillies
  4. salt
  5. turmeric powder
  6. red chiili powder
  7. coriander leaves
  8. cumin seeds
  9. dry mango powder(optional)
  10. mix all
  11. add water slowly slowly and make the dough as described in video
  12. once the dough in ready
  13. Roll it by rolling pin and make parathas
  14. put raw paratha on pan
  15. add ghee/butter
  16. cook it properly
